Insurance and Finance Queries

All financial and insurance queries must be referred to the ED clerical staff and medical staff are not to be involved in these discussions with patients. Uninsured patients who present to the ED are provided by the clerical staff an estimate of potential out of pocket costs so patients can make an informed decision regarding their care. Please note: a quote for inpatient services will not be provided to the patient by clerical staff until the patient has been medically assessed and a disposition determined.
